Return Policy

Cannabis Products


  • Cannabis products are non refundable or returnable unless there is an official recall or tangible error affecting the packaging or product. (Preference regarding product is not a valid reason for return) However quality issues will be considered on a per case basis. Quality issues such as obvious mold, crystallized vapes etc will be considered. Issues like poor burning, weird ash, funny taste/smell will not.

  • For an exchange the defective product(s) must be returned in full and a new transaction must occur to purchase the replacement.

  • All returns must have proof of purchase from either of our two stores. 

  • Customers have 48 hours to inform us defective cannabis products from the original date of purchase. 



  • 14 day Return policy if product is in original unopened packaging in sale-able condition with receipt.

  • Consumables and personal items (rolling papers, lighters, vapes, pipes, Bongs, Vapes etc.) are non refundable/exchangeable for health reasons.

  • All other defective returns must be made within 48 hours and must demonstrate an inherent tangible defect in the product to be considered for a refund or exchange. All returns must have a receipt.




  • All warranties are to be handled directly through the manufacturer by the customer.

  • Highland Buds does not imply or express any warranty on any product.
