Cannabis Products

Cannabis products are non refundable or returnable unless there is an official recall or tangible error affecting the packaging or product. (Preference regarding product is not a valid reason for return) However quality issues will be considered on a per case basis. Quality issues such as obvious mold, crystallized vapes etc will be considered. Issues like poor burning, weird ash, funny taste/smell will not.

For an exchange the defective product(s) must be returned in full and a new transaction must occur to purchase the replacement.

All returns must have proof of purchase from either of our two stores.

Customers have 48 hours to inform us defective cannabis products from the original date of purchase.
Accessories

14 day Return policy if product is in original unopened packaging in sale-able condition with receipt.

Consumables and personal items (rolling papers, lighters, vapes, pipes, Bongs, Vapes etc.) are non refundable/exchangeable for health reasons.

All other defective returns must be made within 48 hours and must demonstrate an inherent tangible defect in the product to be considered for a refund or exchange. All returns must have a receipt.
Warranties

All warranties are to be handled directly through the manufacturer by the customer.
